The Billing page — what's included and what each credit pays for

A walkthrough of the Billing page: the eight platform capabilities you get for your credits, the exact credit cost per action, and where to find your transaction history.

Key takeaways

  • Billing page lists the eight included capabilities — your subscription covers them all.
  • Credit usage table is the canonical reference: AI Voice Interview (45m=1, 30m=0.75, 15m=0.5), Resume Scan (0.05).
  • Credit balance shows in the top right of the page and in the global top bar.
  • Enterprise contracts may change the per-action prices — check with your account manager.

The Billing page is the source of truth for what your RecruitMe subscription includes, what each action costs, and how to top up. This article walks through what you see on the page.

Subtitle: "Enterprise pricing — scoped to your pipeline"

If you see Enterprise pricing, your account is on a customised plan negotiated with NextMantra. If you see Standard pricing, you are on the default pack-based plan. Most teams are on Standard until they cross ~500 credits/month, at which point Enterprise typically saves money.

What's Included — the eight capabilities

AI Voice Interviews

45-minute (or shorter) first-round interviews conducted by AI with dynamic, role-aware question generation. This is the headline product.

Resume Scanning

AI parses and scores resumes against the job requirements. Bulk upload up to 100 at once and let the system rank them before you invite anyone.

AI Candidate Scoring

Multi-parameter scoring across skills (40%), experience (30%), education (15%), and location (10%). Used when you bulk-upload resumes — gives you a ranked list before the interview stage.

TIP

These weights are for *resume* scoring, not *interview* scoring. The interview evaluation uses different weights based on role archetype (see [Reading the evaluation report](/knowledge-hub/interviews/evaluation-report)).

Multi-Job Mapping

One candidate can be considered for multiple open roles. Each role they're mapped to gets its own score, decision, and interview history. Useful when a candidate is a fit for two adjacent roles you're hiring for in parallel.

Domain-Based Teams

Everyone signing up with your email domain (@your-company.com) is automatically grouped into the same organisation. No manual invitation needed.

Bulk Processing

Upload up to 100 resumes in a single batch. Parallel processing with real-time progress.

Structured Eval Reports

Every interview produces a detailed report with the six-dimension scoring breakdown plus the Strengths/Areas-of-concern narrative. See Reading the evaluation report.

Any Role, Any Industry

The AI dynamically generates questions from the JD — no template configuration required. Works for tech, ops, sales, finance, and more.

Credit Usage — the canonical pricing table

The most important reference on this page:

  • AI Voice Interview — 45 min full round = 1 credit, 30 min = 0.75 credits, 15 min = 0.5 credits.
  • Resume Scan0.05 credits per resume (100 scans = 5 credits).
  • JD Scan (when creating a job by uploading a PDF) — 0.05 credits per upload.

WARNING

JD scanning and Resume scanning are *not free* — they each cost 0.05 credits per scan. Negligible at small scale, but if you upload thousands of resumes per month, factor this in.

Where to top up

Buy credits button on this page — see Buying credits for the full flow.

Next: read your transaction history, or move on to buying credits.

Frequently asked questions

Does Resume Scanning really cost only 0.05 credits per scan?

Yes — at default pricing, 100 scans = 5 credits = 0.05 credits per resume. Bulk uploads run in parallel so this is essentially "free" for normal hiring volumes. Enterprise contracts can negotiate this to zero.

What does "Domain-Based Teams" mean exactly?

Everyone who signs up with your company email domain (@your-company.com) is automatically grouped into the same organisation. You don't have to manually invite teammates — they show up the moment they sign up.

Where is the actual credit balance shown?

Top right of every page, including the Billing page itself (subtitled "Credits 46.80" or your current number). The big balance on the Billing page header is the same number.
