The Interview Feedback dashboard
Track candidate-side feedback about their RecruitMe interview experience. Spot patterns — recurring complaints about audio, prompt clarity, or technical issues — before they hurt your funnel.
Key takeaways
- Sidebar → Interview Feedback. Aggregates feedback candidates submitted after their interview.
- Filter by rating, search by keyword, click into individual responses.
- Use it to spot recurring complaints (audio issues, unclear questions, slow load times) and act on them.
- Feedback is anonymous to the recruiter team but tied to specific interview sessions.
Before you start
When a candidate finishes a RecruitMe interview, they see a short optional feedback form. This page aggregates those responses across your organisation.

What feedback you see
- Overall rating (1–5 stars)
- Sub-ratings (audio quality, question clarity, platform smoothness)
- Free-text comments
- Timestamp + the job the interview was for (but NOT the candidate identity)
How to read it
Two main use cases:
- Spot platform issues. If 20% of recent feedback mentions audio cutting out, the AI may have STT issues on a specific browser or network condition. Contact NextMantra with examples.
- Spot job-specific issues. If a particular role gets consistently low ratings on question clarity, the JD may be too vague for the AI to generate well-targeted questions. Tighten the JD.
TIP
Low ratings on a single interview are noise. Repeated low ratings on the same theme across many interviews are signal. Look for patterns, not outliers.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to feedback?
Not directly through this page. The feedback is anonymous to your team — you cannot identify which candidate said what. If you need to follow up on a specific issue, look at the interview-session metadata that came with the feedback row and reach out via email.
Why is my feedback rate low?
Feedback is optional after the interview ends. Typical response rates are 20–40%. If you see fewer than 10% of completed interviews leaving feedback, the form may be loading badly or candidates may be closing the tab before they see it.
